I think this game is pretty good because you learn how to accomodate to different people, instead of just making something that looks good. I think this game is really useful and teaches kids valuable lessons.
That was so much fun! The people that were testing the phones were kind of mean though. The woman with the dead fox around her neck just couldn't be satisfied!
This game was so entertaining, but after a while I got a little bit bored by it, I could not sit there and do it for an hour. :) Like Gillian pointed out, you learn how to satisfy people who you aren't used to satisfying, you learn what they want, and how to apply it.
I think it was fun making a cell phone, but in real life it would take a lot longer than just clicking on choices to design the perfect phone. The first time I got my reviews I was not satisfied, so I redesigned the cell phone a second time. I was then ready for the sale process. It was interesting to note that people really did not like the small keypads so I made my keypad bigger. However, I still needed to improve my design further based on the feedback after the sale process.
Wow! I never knew making a phone would be so fun and exciting. This game was amazing because it taught us everything about how to engineer the phone, what it should look like and if it is good enough to be introduced in the market. There was just so much interesting information about just one phone. I loved how we got to design it by our self and ask the customer if it was a good and simple enough product that could be used by the senior citizens.
I didn't like that at all. All of the people had different opinions, and I couldn't skip because they were saying the same things over again. I hated it.
This was a really fun game! I thought it was great, because I learned all of the different ways to appeal to other people that you aren't really familiar with. Although, some of the people were hard to satisfy. Some wanted "hip" phones, and some wanted just emergency phones. I guess this is what real phone designers go through, but it would be more complex in real life. As Edie said, the characters did keep saying the same things over and over again, and that was annoying.
I had a lot of fun with this game! It was really interesting. I was confused for a little bit because the people who were interviewed wanted bigger buttons, but when I gave them big buttons, they rejected them until I went down a size.
I don't understand this game. The testing people always said the same thing, even when I switched to design. I always got the same results. I wonder if there was and error in the programing.
I think this was a good game because it was fun to design a phone. It teaches you that you have to listen to what customers want if you're going to release a product.
This was a fun and entertaining game. I could satisfy all the customers but one. The one I couldn't satisfy was the big fat lady. This game teaches kids to target the customers needs. Some of the designs didn't make sense, but that was part of the fun. Max is right. I think that the program didn't give you many different kind of results because there are so many options on designing your phone. This game was fun for the first 5 minutes.
This game was pretty fun because you had to design the phone to fit the customers' needs. The one lady that was wearing the fancy clothes wouldn't agree with anything, but everyone else liked my design. I enjoyed designing an old looking phone.
I think that this game is very educational. Because it teaches you how to make a phone certain people like. This game is very useful to teach people that not everyone is the same.
I think that this game is OK. It teaches you about the engineering process and what goes in it in a game that's fun. Although some of the people in the game weren't happy with my phone which was frustrating, I guess that's what happens during testing.
I think my favorite part is when you get to design your phone and then get to try it out on the senior citizens in the room! I never knew that making a senior citizen phone would take so much information about the buttons, color, screen light, and screen height. At the end you get to see how much you have made from the phone and what you can improve your phone, then redesign, test and you have your best seller senior citizen phone!!!
This game was cool because you got to see the components engineers consider when making phones for different age groups. However, it was hard to please everyone because they kept saying the same things. Overall, it was interesting, but it needed work.
I found this game very interesting. the modern kid would always want a phone with a touch screen and super cool features, but phone designers have to keep in mind that a large percent of the population doesn't like the touch screen and the cool and complex features.
I thought that this game was really fun but in order to please the test customers you had to change your design or research about phones. I changed my design so many times but in the end it worked. I think this game is also fun because you can make your own phone.
It’s hard for kids who grew up with computers and cell phones to design a cell phone for senior citizens who are 65 years and older and didn’t grow up using computers or cell phones. Senior citizens are not comfortable with complicated electronics. They use their cell phones mainly for emergencies. Also, they have trouble seeing a small display or using small buttons, they need a brighter screen, they drop small things, and they get confused if there are too many options. I like to download apps and play computer games on my cell phone, but older people aren’t interested in doing that. It was interesting to learn that different age groups like different kinds of phones because they use them for different reasons. It was fun designing a phone for senior citizens and hearing their comments.

This game is very fun! The testing people didn't say anything about mine, but I did a good job and got a lot of money from it.

This was fun and inventive, but the "fox lady" was just so hard to please.
