This is odd because now how do you know if what you are doing is good for the environment or bad? I think that to label something a biofuel it should be bio, meaning actually healthy for the Earth!
I can't believe that they didn't figure out about the damage sooner, It's kind of ironic that democrats kept saying the we needed to cut the EPA(Environmental protection agency) for a better enviroment when some of the Tax Payer money would be going for the opposite.
It seems we need to become better educated on what biofuels have a positive impact. At times we are so desperate to find other biofuel alternatives, that we don't really understand the full effect. In the end, we are making the situation worse without proper information.
I agree with Luca, we need to label fuels correctly not just say they are bio for no reason. We can end up making the situation worse. We should find out more about the fuels we use before we use them. We are trying to be more green but we could just cause problems some of the time.
